Terms & Conditions
We offer collateralized loans on your jewelry items, as well as other items of value such as diamonds, precious gems and rare coins.
The loans are 30-day short term loans, but can be extended by paying an interest charge, based upon the amount of money you borrow.
If you aren't able to pay back the full amount (principal plus interest) by your Due Date, you have the option to pay the interest charge, which will extend your loan for an additional 30 days. There is no limit as to how many times you extend your loan. (Please note that these monthly interest payments will not reduce the principal amount.)
If you do not make an interest payment by your Due Date, you have a 30-day grace period before you default on your loan. Your Default Date is always going to be 30 days after your Due Date. If no payments are received by your Default Date, you will forfeit ownership of your merchandise.
The Loan Process: How it Works
Step 1 - Book Your Appointment
Call, text, or email us to schedule your appointment:
Be sure to bring a valid, government-issued, photo ID, such as a drivers license, state ID card, or passport.
Step 3 - Evaluation
Your jewelry will be evaluated by our team of industry experts.
Our credentials include:
• Certified Master Appraiser (NAJA)
• Graduate Gemologist (GIA)
• Applied Jewelry Professional (GIA) • Published Author, "The Art of Gemology"
Step 4 - Get Paid
You'll sign paperwork and provide a thumbprint, stating you are the owner of the pledged merchandise. You'll receive a copy of this paperwork, as well.
Get paid cash.
(The entire process usually takes around 10 to 30 minutes, but can take longer, depending on the amount of items being evaluated.)
Extending Your Loan: How It Works
Option 1 - Cash Payment
Stop by, in person, to extend your loan with a cash payment:
Please Note: Monthly interest payments do not reduce the principal amount borrowed.
Picking Up Your Jewelry: How It Works
Step 1 - Give 48 Hours Notice of Pickup
While we are in possession of your jewelry, your items will be stored securely inside of a bank vault, off premises. For this reason, we ask that you give us 48 hours notice, either by phone, text, or email, when picking up your items. This way we can arrange to have your items transported securely and prepared for pickup.
Step 2 - Cash Only for Pickups
Be sure to bring cash to cover the principal amount plus interest owed. You will receive paperwork stating your loan has been successfully paid off, and your jewelry will be returned to you.
Credit card or debit card payments will not be accepted for pickups.
I Missed a Payment. What Now?
If you don't make a payment by your Due Date, it's okay. You have a 30-day grace period before you reach your Default Date.
What does that mean? It means you can run up to 30 days behind on your payment before you forfeit ownership of your pledged merchandise.
